Tickets cannot be refunded or re-sold and lost tickets cannot be replaced. Defaced tickets will not be accepted. Once you have received your ticket, it is solely your responsibility. Please treat your ticket like cash, as they are irreplaceable. If in the event of a cancelled show, refunds will only be available from the point of purchase.
Alcohol is available for purchase at the event. Patrons who wish to consume alcohol must have photo id. Anyone found in possession of alcohol not purchased at the venue will be asked to leave.
Sealed bottles of water will be allowed.
This includes wine glasses, containers or any other item made of glass.
The show will go on rain, hail or shine unless it is deemed dangerous. Therefore, please bring a raincoat, suitable shoes, hat and sunscreen to accommodate all weather.
These items are allowed and we encourage you to bring them along. We would ask that you have consideration for those around you when setting up your position within the venue.
Guide dogs are the only animal permitted within the TUNEOUT venue.
Changes to the line up or program may occur that are out of the promoters control. Redline Promotions reserves the right to change the lineup at event without prior notification. In the event of change of the date or lineup, refunds will not be available.
You enter the venue at your own risk, the venue and the promoter take no responsibility through negligence or otherwise, for loss, injury or damages sustained at the venue.
All items brought into the venue will be checked including Eski's, baskets and bags, and prohibited items will be confiscated. Redline Promotions does not take any responsibility for prohibited items.
To refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests.
