  • All persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a ‘ticket-holding’ parent or legal guardian at all times
  • Person's 13-18 must have a Valid Ticket
  • Children 12 or under are ‘FREE’ of charge and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times
  • All patrons require a valid ticket for entry and should carry identification in case they are asked to provide proof of age at entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder who cannot produce appropriate identification as proof of age.

Can lost tickets be replaced?

No. Once the ticket sale is processed the purchase is final. The promoter does sympathize with you if you lose your ticket, however, we are unable to reissue. Even if we have a record of your purchase, we cannot be certain that other less scrupulous members of the public will not use the ticket. Please treat your ticket like cash, as they are irreplaceable.

Can I get a refund?

No. Once the ticket sale is processed the purchase is final. Refunds will only be offered to patrons if the entire show is cancelled or abandoned due to extreme weather conditions. Tickets can only be refunded at POS where they were purchased.

Will PASSOUTS be available on the day?

No PASSOUTS will be allowed, unless in emergency situations.

Do I have to buy tickets online?

NO, tickets can be purchased at the Bargo Hotel or The George IV Inn Picton at anytime during opening hours (until SOLD OUT), or at any MOSHTIX outlet, please see TICKET OUTLETS on this website for all stores where tickets can be purchased.
